Aloha everyone. T mobile reception and internet are horrible in Waikele. I can walk my dog without dropping calls. I also can access the internet consistently at home. I ended up get internet for the home just to use WiFi. Will most likely switch to Verizon even though it’s more expensive but I need to have access to my phone for work purposes. T-Mobile has a tower near by but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. I hope they step it up or they will soon have no subscribers in this area.

Cell phone reception marginal at best. Disappointing as cell phone's use is to make phone calls. Verizon's HD phone quality is good if your coverage for LTE is average. One, huge, problem: HD phone calls requires 4G LTE Data and the recipient of the call to have a compatible device with Verizon.

Lots of dropped calls recently. Internet just hangs. Text messages not going thru. I was at the apple store checking on one of our phones, I asked the worker if there could be a problem with my phone because seems like my internet not working lately. He asked me who my carrier was when I said Sprint he told me it's most likely a problem with Sprint. The customer right next to us overheard us and agreed it was a Sprint problem she also noticed and changed carrier. All my coworkers who used to have Sprint have already switched because of this.

Despite numerous complaints with customer service by phone and in person at AT&T stores, the reception in this area of Royal Kunia continues to be very poor to none. Get 1 bar if standing on the street and facing south. *AT&T's coverage ranges from average to good in Waipahu and Ewa. Royal Kunia is probably in a dead spot.

Signal varies from 1 to no bar from one corner of the house to another corner. Text messages not going out. Worst of all: Incoming calls automatically go to voice mail.

Tmobile has terrible to no reception inside bldgs such as the mall or hospitals. I see other people near me who have AT&T or Verizon with full service. Also the service at home in Waikele is no good unless I'm connected to the houses wi-fi.

Used to be with Verizon but, encountered a lot of echoes. AT&T solved all those echoes. Super clear reception and speedy 4G data. Using the 'Mark the Spot' app I was able to get 4G LTE data speeds and 4 bars signal at my work place in Halawa. Okay it took a couple of months but, it's still better than Sprint which only catches outside of the building. AT&T personal service is also second to none. Super friendly local service.
